This apparent change in Vision's name is likely due to the introduction of “The Vision” in the mid-credits of WandaVision's eighth episode, “Previously On.” With two similar characters with drastically different histories, the distinction between the two is important. “All-New Halloween Spooktacular!” focuses on the late 1990s and early 2000s, using an intro inspired by Malcolm in the Middle where the characters are introduced through a video camera montage. The Reddit user included screenshots of the original clip of the intro for the WandaVision episode as well as a current screengrab of the series’ intro. Reddit user ExuberantRaptorZeta found that in the sixth episode of WandaVision, entitled “All-New Halloween Spooktacular!” the introductory character labels shortened Vision's name to omit the “The” that originally preceded it. WandaVision is also credited with setting up the events of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
